1. Who is responsible for your data?

Enrique Garza Cantu, a sole proprietor doing business as Sentinela and offering the SentiTechPro service, located at Río Álamo No. 329, Col. San Francisco, ZIP 87350, H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico («Sentinela»), is responsible for the personal data you provide in the waitlist form.

2. What we collect

Name, company, email, mobile phone, number of technicians and your main operational headache. We do not ask for sensitive or financial data.

3. How we use it

• To let you know when SentiTechPro opens and give you access to the free trial.
• To contact you by email or phone to understand your operation and recommend the right plan.

We do not sell or share your data. It is used only by the Sentinela team and the providers that help us operate (hosting and email), under the same confidentiality obligation.

4. How long we keep it

While the waitlist exists and up to 12 months after the service opens. If you subscribe, the service privacy notice applies.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to remove you from the list, or to access, correct or delete your data, by emailing [email protected] with your name and the email you signed up with. We reply within 20 business days.

6. Changes

If this notice changes, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
